SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Aquamonster, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. To ensure the highest reliability, we partner with industry-leading fulfillment providers to get our products to your door.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
· Order Changes: To maintain our fast shipping standards, modifications, cancellations, or address corrections must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, we are unable to accommodate changes.
· Peak Seasons: During promotional events or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TRANSIT
Delivery windows begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed.
Standard Shipping 3 to 5 business days
Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 business days
Important Notes:
· Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses may require additional transit time.
· Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping speed. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us at support@coolangshower.com.
DELIVERY ISSUES & DISPUTES
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
   1. Your order number
   2. A brief description of the issue
   3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
Missing Packages:
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
  1. Please wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally scan packages before actual delivery.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. If it still hasn't arrived after 3 business days, email us to open an investigation.
Note: Aquamonster is not responsible for losses due to inaccurate address information entered at checkout or packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Inquiries submitted more than 7 days after the stated delivery date may fall outside our resolution window.
